Connect your KUYY account to Claude or ChatGPT and ask in your own words: how sales went this month, who booked tomorrow's class, which members are starting to drop off. The AI app can read your business data and change nothing.

What you can ask

A few examples. The app picks the right KUYY data for each question on its own.

  • “Who's booked into tomorrow's classes, and how did they pay?”
  • “Which of my regulars are at risk of not coming back?”
  • “How much can I withdraw right now, and what's still pending?”
  • “Which instructor taught the most classes in September, and what were they paid?”
  • “Give me a link to download September's sales report.”

How to connect

    Add KUYY in your AI app

    Claude: find KUYY in the connector directory and select Connect, or go to Settings > Connectors > Add custom connector and paste the server URL above. ChatGPT: go to Settings > Apps & Connectors and add a connector with the server URL above.

    Allow it on KUYY

    KUYY opens and shows what the app is asking to see. Select Sign in to allow, sign in with the account of the business you’re connecting, and you’re back in the AI app, ready to ask.

What it can see

  • Sales and analyticsSales, earnings, bookings and customer insights
  • Activities and bookingsWho booked each activity: names and booking status only
  • Balance and withdrawalsBalance history and withdrawals, with bank account numbers masked
  • Staff and payslipsYour staff, the classes they taught and what they were paid
  • Passes and promotionsPasses, promo codes and flash sales

What it can't do

  • Change anything: it can't book, cancel, refund, withdraw or edit your activities.
  • See contact details: no phone numbers, emails, form answers or documents of your participants or staff.
  • Hold your files: full reports download straight from your KUYY dashboard, never through the AI app.

See or disconnect your apps

Every connected app is listed in Settings > AI assistant on your KUYY dashboard, with when it was connected and last used. Disconnect one there and it stops reading your data right away. Up to 5 apps can be connected at a time. If you don't use a connection for 30 days, the app will ask you to connect again.

Privacy and security

The app reads your KUYY data only to answer what you ask, and only your own business's. You sign in on KUYY, never inside the AI app, and you sign in again each time you connect.

Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (ChatGPT) handle what their app reads under their own terms and privacy policies. KUYY keeps a record of which tool an app called, when, and how it ended for 30 days, never the answers.

AI apps are part of KUYY Business. Upgrade, then connect again.
“Only the account owner can connect an AI app”
Sign in with the business owner's account, not a staff account.
“This connection request has expired”
A connection request lasts 10 minutes. Start again from the AI app.
