New features, improvements and fixes in KUYY.

  1. New

    What's new on KUYY

    Every new feature and fix on KUYY is now listed in one place. Open it any time from Settings in the app or the footer on kuyy.id.

  2. New

    Report a problem with your booking

    Something went wrong with an activity you booked? Report it from the activity page, sort it out with the host in chat, or call in the KUYY team at any time. Safety reports are seen only by the KUYY team.

  3. New

    Change the email you sign in with

    You can now change your sign-in email from Edit Profile with a code sent to the new address. Your old address gets a notice, and the change can be undone for 7 days.

  4. New

    Your activities in your phone's calendar

    Turn on Calendar sync in Settings and the activities you join or host go into a calendar of their own on your phone. Reschedules and cancellations update it for you.

  5. Improved

    Clearer transaction and balance history

    Transaction history now has filters, status badges and the full breakdown of each payment, refunds included. Every balance entry has its own detail page, and you can export your balance for any period, up to three months at a time.

    Refund in full or a custom amount

    For hosts: when you cancel a paid activity or remove a participant, you now choose Full refund or Custom amount. A full refund returns exactly what each participant paid.

    Per-person staff access, with their own login

    For hosts: give each staff member a role such as Manager, Supervisor, Front Desk, Finance, Marketing or Instructor, then fine-tune their access area by area. Staff sign in with their own KUYY account and switch into your studio, and instructors can check in and chat with their own classes.

    Download form responses as Excel

    For hosts: registration form responses now download as an Excel (.xlsx) file. In the app you can also share the file straight away.

    Ask ChatGPT or Claude about your business

    For Business hosts: connect ChatGPT or Claude to your KUYY account and ask about sales, participants, your timetable or passes about to expire. Access is read-only, and you can disconnect any time from AI assistant.

  10. Fixed

    No more surprise sign-outs

    Some people were signed out because their phone's clock was slightly off, and every session ended 90 days after sign-in. You now stay signed in as long as the account is used at least once every 30 days, including the other accounts in the switcher.

    New Home: all your feeds in one place

    All, Following, For you and Flash Sale now live together on Home, with the same filters on every feed, time and distance included. Search has its own tab, and tapping the tab you're on takes you back to the top.

    Add friends to your booking

    Already booked an activity? You can now add friends to your booking and pay for them. If the activity needs approval, the host decides.

  16. Improved

    Faster ticket scanning at the door

    For hosts: a valid ticket now beeps and the scanner is ready for the next one by itself, so you no longer tap OK for every guest.

  18. New

    Verified phone number on registration forms

    For Business hosts: add the Verified Phone Number question when you create an activity. Participants register with the number they verified by OTP, so it is always a real one.

    Import members' pass balances from a spreadsheet

    For Business hosts moving from another system: download the template, fill in each member's remaining passes and upload it. You see the result for every row before anything is saved, and an import can be undone.
