Payments & Withdrawals
Pricing, payment methods, balance, and host withdrawals.
Common questions
Set the price when you create the activity (at least Rp10.000), or leave it empty for a free activity. If you enter a final price (full house), the price per participant drops automatically as more participants join, reaching the final price when it's full.
Once the final price is set, the starting price and the capacity can no longer be changed. If the final price hasn't been set, the starting price can still be changed anytime.
Every method is available automatically, so there is nothing to enable, and hosts can't pick methods per activity either. Participants can pay with KUYY Balance, QRIS, a virtual account (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI, Permata, CIMB), GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, blu, and credit card.
Which options appear depends on the total: virtual accounts from Rp10.000, credit card from Rp100.000, and BCA credit card instalments for totals above Rp500.000. Participants coming from the BCA mini app pay by BCA Virtual Account, and from the GoPay mini app with GoPay.
If a method has an outage, the KUYY team can switch it off for a while. On the web it still shows at checkout and in on-the-spot registration, but marked Temporarily unavailable and can't be picked, so participants use another method. KUYY Balance is never switched off.
Open Settings, then Balance, and tap Withdraw. The button is disabled while your withdrawable balance is zero.
If you have no account saved yet, add one first: pick the bank, enter the account number, tap Verify until the account holder's name appears, then Continue. That name comes from the bank, so if it looks wrong the number is wrong.
On the withdrawal page enter an amount or tap withdraw everything, then choose the destination account. The breakdown is shown before you confirm: the amount, the admin fee, and the total that will be sent.
Last, enter your 6-digit PIN. If you have never set one, a code is emailed to you first and you create the PIN after that.
It then goes to processing, and the money arrives within 3 business days. Your withdrawal shows straight away as a Withdrawal row in Balance History on the Balance page, but its processing status isn't shown there.
Open Settings, then Balance. Balance History lists every credit and debit to your balance, refunds and withdrawals included. Tap a row to open Balance Detail: the activity or pass it came from, the number of participants, add-ons, passes used, and the total earnings or spending. Each row has its own link that only the balance's owner can open, so the KUYY team can point you to one entry in chat; such a link opens on the web, and directly in the app from its newest update.
If something looks off, tap Contact Support on that page to chat with kuyy_official. This button is on the web and in the newest app update.
For a report, tap Download report next to Balance History (in the app: the download icon), pick a start date and an end date, then Download. Any period works, up to 3 months per download. The result is a CSV file listing every balance movement with a running balance. In app versions before the newest update, the report only covers the last 90 days.
Staff can open the balance and its details only if their role has balance access.
A minimum of Rp20.000 per withdrawal, with an admin fee of Rp2.500 that is deducted from the amount you withdraw.
The upper limit is counted PER DAY rather than per withdrawal, and differs by plan: Rp10.000.000 on Free, Rp30.000.000 on Premium, and Rp100.000.000 on Business.
You can save up to 12 bank accounts, and the account number is verified first before the funds are disbursed.
For now, KUYY Balance can't be topped up yourself in the app or on the web. Your balance grows from host earnings, refunds, Group Discount cashback, balance sent to you in chat, and tips.
There's no limit on how much balance you can hold. The only balance-related fee is the Rp2.500 admin fee each time you withdraw; paying in full with KUYY Balance carries no admin fee.
In the participant list you can see each participant's status (awaiting payment, failed/canceled, or fully paid), complete with visual cues to make reporting easier.
Participant payments don't become balance right away. An activity's takings move into your KUYY Balance about 3 hours after the activity ends. Before that they show up as Pending Balance on the Balance page and can't be withdrawn yet.
That 3-hour wait applies to the Free plan. If you subscribe to Premium or Business, the money lands in your balance as soon as a participant finishes paying, without waiting for the activity to end.
Payouts are still held for as long as there's an open report on that activity, and go ahead automatically once the last report is closed.
On the Free plan, pass sales move into your KUYY Balance about 24 hours after the participant buys, without waiting for any class to finish. On Premium and Business, the money lands as soon as the payment succeeds.
So you hold the full value of the pass up front, before they start using the quota. Each class they attend simply draws that quota down, with no new transaction.
Up to 3 business days. It is processed automatically the moment you confirm with your PIN, with no manual approval step and no cut-off hour. For BCA and blu accounts the transfer is sent right then; other banks are forwarded to a payment partner and the status changes once they confirm. Sitting in processing is normal for those banks while you are still within the 3 business days; if more than 3 business days pass and the money has not arrived, contact support with the date and the amount of the withdrawal.
You can only have one withdrawal in progress at a time. If one is still processing, a new withdrawal is rejected until the previous one completes or fails.
Per day, not per transaction. The system adds up every withdrawal you make in a day and rejects the request if the total goes over the limit. The counter resets at midnight WIB.
The daily limit is Rp10.000.000 on Free, Rp30.000.000 on Premium, and Rp100.000.000 on Business. The KUYY team can raise an individual account's limit in specific cases, so the figures above are the standard limits for your plan.
Nothing at all. An activity with no price never creates a transaction. Participants are registered straight away without going through a payment page, so there's no admin fee, no QRIS fee, and no deduction of any kind for you or for them.
One exception: if you add a paid add-on, the activity counts as paid. Participants who don't pick an add-on still join for free, but anyone who buys one pays the add-on price plus the admin fee like any other transaction.
KUYY does not currently withhold income tax or VAT from your earnings. Taxes may still apply depending on the jurisdiction, and you are responsible for your own tax obligations.
Your ticket income is only reduced by the fees you choose to cover yourself with Cover the admin & WhatsApp fees (the admin fee, plus the WhatsApp invoice fee on activities that send invoices by WhatsApp), and each withdrawal carries a Rp2.500 admin fee. If you need the numbers for your bookkeeping, tap Download report on the Balance page: a CSV file listing every balance movement with a running balance, for any period, up to 3 months per download.
By default the participant pays it: the admin fee is added on top of your ticket price at checkout, so you receive the full ticket price and nothing is deducted from your earnings.
You can change this with Cover the admin & WhatsApp fees in your account's Activity Settings (web: Host center then Settings then Activity Settings; app: Settings then Host Settings then Activity Settings). That one switch covers two fees at once: the admin fee, and the Rp1.500 WhatsApp invoice fee on activities that send invoices by WhatsApp. Participants pay exactly the price you set, and the fees are deducted from your payout at settlement, never more than that booking brings you, so you never end up owing money on a booking.
The setting applies to activities you create after turning it on; activities already published keep the rule they were created with, and there is no per-activity switch. The credit card and instalment surcharge always stays with the participant, and pass purchases always charge the buyer the admin fee.
The admin fee is charged per order, not per person, and depends on the participant's payment method: Rp2.500 for virtual accounts and blu, 0.7% + Rp1.000 for QRIS, and for e-wallets Rp2.500 up to a total of Rp200.000, then 2.22% + Rp1.000 above that. Whatever the calculation, the minimum is always Rp2.500. Paying in full with KUYY Balance carries no admin fee, including when the participant also picked another method but the balance covers the whole bill.
KUYY has announced two new fees for hosts on the Free plan, starting November 2026. Nothing changes before then, and Premium and Business hosts pay neither.
Package sales: Rp1.000 per package sold, taken from your earnings each time a participant buys one of your packages, including every renewal of a package subscription. It never exceeds what that package sale brings in, and it isn't charged on payments you record as paid outside KUYY.
Bookings for several people: Rp1.000 per extra spot, meaning each participant after the first in one booking. It's added to the participant's total and shows at checkout as Additional Participant Fee, so your earnings stay the same. For example, a booking for 3 spots carries an extra Rp2.000. It only applies to rupiah payments, isn't charged on payments outside KUYY, and doesn't apply when there's no activity price to pay (a free activity, or a pass that covers the full price).
Want to skip both? Upgrade to Premium. Your KUYY plan is checked at every sale and renewal, so once you upgrade, your next sales are free of both fees.
Full guide
Detailed rules for each related feature, plus important notes.
You set your activity's price; participants choose a payment method from the list KUYY provides. By default the payment admin fee is paid by the participant, unless you choose to cover it. Your earnings go to your KUYY Balance, and you can withdraw them to a bank account.
- •A paid activity costs at least Rp10.000. You can change the price when editing the activity, unless it uses the Group Discount (price and capacity are locked).
- •You don't choose the payment methods. Participants see the methods available for their total: KUYY Balance, QRIS, virtual accounts (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI, Permata, CIMB), GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, blu, credit card (from Rp100.000), and BCA credit card instalments (above Rp500.000). When a method has an outage, the KUYY team can switch it off for a while; your participants see it marked Temporarily unavailable and use another method.
- •The admin fee is charged per order according to the payment method, starting at Rp2.500, and by default it's added to the participant's total. Paying in full with KUYY Balance carries no admin fee.
- •If you turn on Cover the admin & WhatsApp fees in Activity Settings, participants pay exactly your price and the admin fee comes out of your earnings. For activities created from 30 September 2026, the same setting also covers the WhatsApp invoice fee (Rp1.500 per successful transaction) on activities that send invoices by WhatsApp. The deduction never exceeds what that order earns you, it only applies to activities created after you turn the setting on, and the credit card or instalment surcharge is still paid by the participant.
- •You can see each participant's payment status (awaiting payment, failed or cancelled, paid) in the participant list.
- •Earnings reach your KUYY Balance 3 hours after the activity ends on the Free plan (right after it ends for an Invite-only activity), and as soon as the participant pays on Premium and Business. A scheduled payout is held while a report about that activity is still being handled, and goes ahead automatically once the last report is closed.
- •Withdraw from Rp20.000, with a Rp2.500 fee deducted from the amount sent. The withdrawal limit per day is Rp10.000.000 on Free, Rp30.000.000 on Premium, and Rp100.000.000 on Business. Withdrawals need your PIN, you can save up to 12 bank accounts, and the account holder's name is fetched from the bank.
- •If you set a full house price, the per-person price drops step by step until it reaches the lowest price when the activity is full (see Group Discount).
Important notes
• KUYY decides the payment methods based on the total; hosts don't pick them.
• The admin fee and the WhatsApp invoice fee aren't refunded when a refund happens.
• In the BCA mini-app you can only pay with BCA Virtual Account, and in the GoPay mini-app only with GoPay; KUYY Balance isn't available in either.
